Back in the mid 90s Pullrite had a model of Super Fifth hitch that had a pyramid shaped base and was rated at 20 to 21 K. It used a cable to release the safety catch and a separate handle to open the latch. I am looking for a scanned owner's manual for that style of hitch. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it.

I know which one you are talking about, I know that if you searched some of the more popular RV sites someone would have one or know where to obtain one at. I needed on for a older RBW and I called them and they actually still had the info onit and was glad to send it. So you might try the orig mfg too. Goodluck,,Rick

 

I did contact the manufacturer but they sent me the info on the current model. RV net didn't pan out either.
