That load is small compared to this one. 1.8 million pounds transported from Edmonton to Fort McMurray.

I'm sure the oil guys will pipe in here to say what it is. It's some kind of coker tower or something for an oil refinery but don't quote me.

Its for upgrading bitumen to synthetic crude.

Thats a weird looking generator. Surprised they ship it fully assembled.

Yeah, a light load. Only weighed in at 1,020,000 lbs. Not up to the 1.8 million but for a warm up it works well.

The turbines generators were for the three mile island nuke plant ..800 tons 1.6 million pounds there is another video of it being unloaded off of a barge
