drill or weld on the Dodge frames per TSB 13-001-03 dated 2/7/03. Ford owns Cummins and can't drill/weld on Dodge frames. Two net rumors that will never die. My 5er hitch brkts were welded over three years and 55000 miles ago and I pull a 11200 lb 5er. Have had problems with bolt on hitches when we had 5 different trailers on the road moving our construction materials/equipment, so for me its nothing but weld on hitches. ......JIM

With an 18-24K capacity hitch I prefer that it not be "no drill".

It would have been nice if you posted up this info earlier!

Well, I was originally thinking the same thing. I mean, how many frames have we all seen that have BIG bold letters saying "DO NOT DRILL OR WELD"

Turns out, the hitch I really wanted required you to drill, and now I'm thinking I might go ahead and put some stitches in it for good measure too!

I'm pretty sure the B&W is a no drill setup. Albeit expensive I think the turnover ball and 5th companion are the best out there.
