No drill 5er hitch question

Sorry guys I know this has probably been covered before but my search didnt reveal what I needed.
Have any of you installed or had installed a Signature series hitch from Reese on your 3rd gen trucks you know the ones with the no drilling policy on the frame? I like the complete removal from the bed when not in use, but the online instructions call for drilling a couple of holes.
Am i worrying to much about nothing or is this a real concern.

there is no such thing as a no drill policy or weld for that matter on the newer frames. See Dodge Body Builders Guide for drilling and welding on the new frames. See TSB 13-001-03 dated 2/7/03 for specs on welding and drilling. .......JIM

The no drill is easy to install. You actually drill 4 holes in the bed, but none through the frame. It didn't take that long to install, the hargest part was lining everything up. I can get pics if you want.
