Ever notice government can take a small number, say, 1/32 inch, and make a big deal out of it, but 32 billion, they act like it's no different than pulling a $5 out of your pocket for a taco?

I'd say sub it to the Chinese like everyone else does these days, but they would steal the design, manufacture, and sell it for $20 on Ebay.....
