Musty smell

Bought a used 18 ft. travel trailer, that was stored inside for years. Trailer is in excellent shape except for the musty smell. Any ideas on how I can get this musty smell out.

Moth *****. But not too many. I have a 53' moving trailer at work that had caught on fire. We had to deal with the smoke smell plus the musty smell from all the water used to put the fire out. I threw a couple boxes of moth ***** inside and it smells pretty good now.....

Get some 'Damp Rid" or other similar brand. They work great for taking out mositure and odor form boat bilges and boats under cover for storage.

In my boat, whenever I have it stored in the garage, I leave the electic plugged in and run a small fan inside all winter long. It keeps the air moving and helps eliminate the musty smell.

Orange peels work very well also. Those you do not have to worry about how long they are there.

You might put a dehumidifier in it for a while also. It might have some moisture in there.
