Mopar Gooseneck hitch?

Hi folks, I'm looking at upgrading my 2007.5 dually to a new 2011.5 or 2012 HO dually, and noticed that Mopar sells a gooseneck hitch and install kit - does anyone have any experience with the Mopar brand hitch? I did a brief search, but admittedly not a very good one, so if there is already a thread about it, let me know..... I have a B&W Turnover ball now (happy customer), and was probably just going to get another B&W one, but saw the Mopar one and was curious. Looking at the parts diagram, looks like it could be the same product, who knows, it "looks" the same and the ratings are the same. It requires two part numbers, the hitch (82211326ac $233) and the install kit (82211327ac $258) so combined it isn't much of a bargain really over the B&W.

Along similar lines - does anyone know what brand/type the spray-in bedliner is that Dodge uses on their factory options? I have an over-the-rail Line-X currently and was again just going to get another Line-X spray in, but was curious about the factory Dodge one, I can't find any info about it.

Thanks!

Vern
