I've personally used them on my Ram through two New England winters with great success. Yes it does depend on the 4X4 for this capability, but that's why I have the 4X4 in the first place..those tire will last forever if what I see at 21000 is any indication. I'll buy a new set when these finally give up...Quality tires!

Michelin warranty

I recently tried to have a E rated A/S adjusted for being out of round and causing a vibration between 35 and 40. The dealer said sorry but that tire is over 5 yrs. old. and refused to adjust it.
It was the spare on this truck when I bought it and was brand new. They may have one of the best tires out there but the warranty leaves a bit to be desired.
