Steve Z , I also got mine at Camping World, normally 125.00 but on sale for 99.00 , our Montana is also a 35 footer and has a 2300 lb pin weight and a dry total weight of 10,900 lbs and guessing she will tip the scales aroung 12,500 with all the wifes and kids stuff loaded in there.

I have to agree with the rest, we really like the difference ours makes. Didn't have one for the longest time. My wife had a set of wind chimes that hung from the front of the trailer. Any little movement inside would cause those chimes to make plenty of noise. Bought the bi-pod style (two legs) and the side to side motion is definetly gone. Need to get the device that locks the wheels to each other to get rid of the fore and aft movement.
