Just wanted everybody to know that my wife and I started our cross-country trip out in El Cajon, Ca and all the way out to SW Virginia at 2000 RPM and 65mph we averaged 15.2 miles per gallon. I could never even feel the load behind me and trust me, ya'll, I had her weighed...truck, new bumpers (which I will have pictures of directly) and trailer loaded down weighed 14,714...I don't have the slips unfortunatly...but ya'll don't know how happy I am pulling 7K and getting that sort of mileage...like I said, I'll show ya'll pics of the truck ASAP!

The more I haul with mine, the more it seems to like dragging weight! Although the >110F weather we have had lately seems to push ALL the temps a little higher. Oh, well. The price of mellow winters, I guess.

My dag on software for my camera got packed up with the rest of our stuff with our military move...gonna have to wait until we get our house up north set up with internet...I'll try and hurry...plus the truck is dirty as it gets!
