I ordered a Tekonsha Prodigy P2 and wiring harness to hook into my 2001 CTD H/O and all went well until I drove the truck and my brake light is blinking now. I have yet to hook it to the trailer, it the next thing n my list.
Anyone have this problem and know how to fix it? I tried calling the companies tech line but they are closed until monday morning and I need to pull my trailer this weekend.

Unplug it and see if the problem goes away. Are you 100% sure you got the correct patch cable. If the problem doesn't go away I would change out the brake light sw but not before first checking the park brake sw and wiring under the dash.
