No pics but I put a Putnam XDR on my truck and it came with bolts to tie the receiver to the bumper. Maybe this is why it is rated at something like 15,000 and then at 16,000 with W/D.

I would like to see a picture of that Putnam. Some of the trailers I hook to won't accept a W/D bracket and I'm limited to (according to the tag) 750 tongue weight and 7500 trailer weight without W/D.

I do have a Putnam on my truck. It sit closer up under the bumper. It didnt have bolts to tie into the bumper yet still rated for 1500/15000.

Back to the original question - the factory receiver on my 1996 3500 was rated 500/5000 dead weight and 1000/10000 weight distributing.
