My oh My - What an idiot. Suprises me that the DOT wasn't all over him. At least he could have put goggles on the horses!!!

One...i have never seen a car pull a horse trailer( or whatever that thing was). and two If they cant get the trailer or the truck they probably shouldnt own the horses. Some people are just stupid.

DOT would probably just look the other way saying it wasn't under their jurisdiction , non-CDL , not for hire , etc .

It bothers me more he molested a perfectly good aluminum trailer for those "Glue Sticks".
