Gooseneck and New 3500 4 x 4 Quad Cab 48 R Cummins

Sorry for the new guy questions.

My new 04' (order date 6/25/03) 3500 Cummins HO, 4 x 4,
48 R auto will be a Quad Cab Short Bed. I am planning to put a B/W Gooseneck turnover ball on it like had installed on my 02' 350 Superduty Powerstroke 4 x 4 Short Bed.

Anyone running this set up? I know it's tight but enough clearance?
