Does anyone know of any front receivers for a late model Dodge 3500 that doesn't require any drilling or welding?

I got mine from Miley RV .com. It sandwiched between the sway bar and frame.

I got a Reese from JC Whitney for mine....All bolt in and the only cutting is the air dam has a hole cut out for the reciever.
