Fifth wheel conversion for Draw-Tite?

Is there any reason why a fifth wheel setup similar to the Companion for the B&W turnover couldn't be designed for Draw-tite's remove-a-ball?

I'm not looking at trying to adapt one for the other.
I'd be interested in a factory offering from Draw-Tite.
It doesn't seem that it would be too terribly difficult for a mfg. w/ the equipment & expertise to come up w/ something similar to what B&W has done w/ their Companion hitch.

I'm posting here to get some idea as to how many here think there is a need/want and hopefully pass this on to Draw-Tite to see what happens.

How successful has B&W been w/ their Companion hitch?
