We had a new 20K Drawtite installed a few weeks ago. Monday we tried to hook up for the first time. The jaws lacked about 1/2 inch of closing tight enough to latch the hitch. The dealer tried to ship a replacement head from the store across town, but it too was defective. Turns out the jaws are mis-aligned from the factory. There is another guy in town with the same problem. Something got whacky at the factory and nobody caught it!! They are drop-shipping 3 new heads from Texas to be here today. Hopefully they are properly aligned, because we have to leave town Friday to start a new contract!!

This is my first experience with Drawtite. Anyone else have any problems??

Update.....Kudos to Draw-tite and Croft Trailer Supply in Olathe, KS. The new hitch got here today as promised and it works like a charm.
