I'm looking around for a truck camper and see a lot of ads talking about DSI water. What the heck does DSI stand for??

 

Not sure but I think it stands “demand system” Fancy way of saying that it has an onboard pump and PSI switch. Someone else may know for sure.

DSI, that sounds like something I want. I can leave the propane torch for something it's good at. Lighting camp fires

 

DSI's are great. You flip a switch inside the trailer to turn it on and off. I understand that it pulls power only when igniting, not all the time like the newer refrigerators.

 

Dual electric gas is even better. You are already paying for electricity, why not use it.
