Use to sag a little with 3100 lbs of pin weight. Now 3150.

Installed the Air Lift 5000 kit a couple years ago. Level tow at 43-44 lbs air pressure.

I don't normally tow with full waste tanks but occasionally I have to, I have noticed that with the rear axle weight at 80 lbs still to the good the truck is almost level but being it's designed to be nose down when not loaded I find that if driving at night I get flashed occasionally so have added air bags for this season, that way I can adjust to the pin weight I'm carrying.

With all stock suspension (3500), the 1800lb pin weight would level the truck. Since I put on a leveling kit in the front (raises front of truck to level) I put on a Air Lift 5000 kit and am level again at 32-35 psi.

I didn't vote... because mine sags more like a 45 year old lady.

I agree and was going to point out the missing variables in the pole..... My truck has the 2" leveling kit so when I have my 5th wheel hooked up and the truck is setting down on the Timbrens, its not 100% level.....but pretty close.

Haha thanks guys, I know there are a bunch of variables that are not pointed out in my question.

I was not looking for exact details, just looking for an overall thought on sag.

I had a mean sag going the other day hauling about a little over 4'600# in the bed. My factory height 2wd "low rider" had the mud flaps dragging a little and I ripped one off backing up a slight lip. Needless to say, I was very irritated. Was going to put air bags in it like my previous truck but these two wheel drives sit so low that I don't have the frame to axle clearance for the kit to fit. So stupid. I don't know why they make these trucks so low. I'm also too low to run a drop hitch so when my tailgate is down it won't clear the trailer jack. It's a royal pain in the @$#. Guess it's helwig springs for me. :/

I sag a bit with my slide in camper, I was just looking at your system.

I have 6" lift blocks on the rear, will your air ride work with this set up?

I have not seen an issue with our bags NOT working on a factory height 2wd. If you cannot use bags you may want to take a look at our AirCell product. AirCell: Static Load Support from Air Lift | Air Lift Company - Tow and Haul with Safety and Comfort

Yes our kits will work with a 6" lift. You just need to add in our Lock-N_Lift spacers. Lock-N-Lift; Air Spring Spacer | Air Lift Company - Tow and Haul with Safety and Comfort

Nice and level with our camper hooked up. My truck was built with the "camper specail" package that has extra leaf springs and a rear axle sway bar.

I never had the rear end looking like it was sagging with the factory overloads, but the springs did sag over time. I was almost on the overloads empty, about 1 1/2" away after many, many heavy loads. After installing bags I can throw over 2 tons in the back and still be away from the overloads. Makes for a pretty nice ride considering the weight.

I think most of the "sagging" concerns are a result of what a truck looks like with a load and the leveling kits. Pickup trucks characteristically have that "stinkbug" approach with the bed setting much higher than the front so that when its loaded it will rest down to a more level look. But not wanting that look all the time, people (like me) will install 2" leveling kits on the front to bring the front up more to the rear. Nominal loads will be fine but resting things in the back like a 5th wheel can make it look saggy even though its not.
