Confused

Hello, this i s my first post as my CTD is just a week old now. I came from the darkside-a former Powerstroke owner. I have a RBW Lil Rocker hitch that I want to put in my new truck. After doing some reading I find that welding and frame drilling may be a no-no. However, when I go to the RBW site they reference Dodge engineering bulletin No. 021. They go on to call for drilling the frame and doing some welding. Unfortunately, they do not publish the bulletin from Dodge. Any clarification would be greatly appreciated.

I found this in the 2004 Dodge Bodybuilders guide. Take a look at page 2. Explains the welding and drilling the frame issue. I just installed my HiJacker hitch last Saturday. The bracket kit I ordered to do the install complied with the drilling requirements. Hope this helps.
