That is awesome! Could you imagine some of the looks as you drive your RV into the river or lake? Would definately get some people hootin and hollerin!

 

Uh, you can buy a lot of APPRECIATING Real Estate for 1.2 Mil.
Add up how fast a R.V depreciates, then add a boat to it (a.k.a money pit) you'll be the stupidest person on the River.
