I've heard that trailer wheels have a 0 offset and that using truck wheels can lead to wheel bearing problems. That said, I have truck wheels on my little 5-lug tandem axle car hauler and the bearings haven't fallen off yet.

The center hole as well as the bolt pattern and offset have to be considered. I would think the wheel it's self should be fine.

Yes as the OEM tires from a D250, NOT a 94+2500, have 0 offset just like trailer wheels.
