Can I pull this?
Well, I think I will buy the dozer-backhoe combo and pass up on the trailer. I have found a short gooseneck with dual tandem axles. I have to see what they want for it. It is a Big Tex and it is the shortest one I have seen like this. I mean it is only 16-18' long. Just long enough for a dozer or backhoe
. It looks almost new. I already have a hideaway gooseneck ball, is there anything else I need to be thinking about?

The Shortest one is not always the best option when loading something this heavy you'll want something that will allow you to position it so that only a small portion of the weight is positioned on the forward section of the trailer, that way you keep the load from Over loading the drive axle on your truck. Knowtice how that forklift is positioned on the deck of the trailer (not a perfect example) so that some weight is forward and against the truck but the majority of it sits over the trailer axles. Same concept.
BTW the deck on the ball hitch in the Picture is a 24'
