Camper Tie Downs

I just put camper tie downs on my truck.
I used TORKLIFT and they went on e-z and look good.

Way to go... I used the new happy jack set up with the brackets that bolt through the bed to the frame. Pretty strong set up.

I wanted to go with Torklift, but they would have to be 6" off the ground due to my 2wd and fiberglass valence. I would have tore them off many times this summer.

Went the Happijac route, too. The rear buttons on the bumper are kinda cheesy, but a 1"x1" square tube between the bolt and the frame should take out the flex issue.
Saved a nice bit of cash by purchasing a $7 piece of tubing from a local steel supplier instead of that overpriced Happijac stabilizer bar. Much thicker wall, too.
