Deck is 30ft, the RV takes up 16ft so that leaves 14ft for the Jeep. Overall length with hitch is probably 38-40ft.

Weight with Jeep on it is around 18K which is the max for my 2003 dually. Unless you can make some serious weight reduction a 40ft with a jeep and quads would probably need a 4500/5500.

I find the unit works well for random camping with the jeep but trying to just go for a simple trip without the jeep to be a pain as its too big for many campsites.

18K is too much??

I think one day I might have to do something like this....give me a place to haul a tractor or two, or the race truck, and still give me a place to sleep!
