Broken hitch
Talk about scary, went on 1500 mile camping trip, towing car trailer with Chevy Tracker for running around. Got home and unloaded the tracker, trailer looked like it moved up and down a lot, it was the last straw, the darn hitch broke right there This is on my motorhome, and it's a 5000# hitch, with maybe 4000# max load. The scary thing is the hitch broke right in the middle, so the safety chains would have just ripped the hitch off and then bye, bye trailer and Tracker When I buy stuff it's usually overkill, but this hitch was on when I bought it and looked ok, but now I can see where it has two side bars welded to the center receiver plates. It's amazing the crap that gets pawned off on us sometimes. And yes, I did check the connections, tires, wiring, etc. at every stop and never noticed a problem until we got home. Now I have to recharge my positive Karma after getting us home in one piece.

Mohos are nortorious for having weak hitches. A lot of folks I know take them to a shop immediately to have them reinforced. Of course they are usually pulling a 10k trailer.
