Anyone ever haul a hot tub??

Ive hauled a 8' round hot tub ...it said to leave it flat but I just rolled it in my bed sideways and straped it down......
and when I unloaded it I couldnt find any help so I rolled it out of my bed ,around the house to the back deck. for some reason it has leaked sence Ive had it !!! , I cant figger it out .
the wife really dont find it funny. SO if I was you Id do what ever I had to do to KEEP IT FLAT .good luck
