I only have about two inches of space between tires now. Would 16" make them rub?

A cutoff disc in an angle grinder would take care of those welds in a hurry. There's all kinds of you know what hitting the fan lately about 15" Es and it sounds like a lot of them come from China. My 5er has already been upgraded from the lousy Cs to (Towmaster) Ds by the first owner. When they got old and had a tread seperation problem I asked the tire shop about going to Es. They said the Towmaster Ds are from Canada and have been bulletproof but the Es come from China and they haven't had the guts to try them. The concensus is, the next step up from 15" Ds is to go to 16" and skip the 15" Es. Craig
