39,843lbs last friday. had 09 chevy 3500 4x4 4 door dually, 04 dodge ram 3500 4x4 4 door dually ,and 07 dodge ram 2500 mege cab 4x4. all diesel, all 4x4, all heavy. had all 3 of them on a 4 car wedge trailer behind my 96 3500 2wd club cab.

 

I hate to be an old fuddy duddy but pulling that kind of weight does anyone worry about stopping? I'd sure worry about it if you were behind me and I had to stop real quick. It seems like the only time people pull out in front of me or cut me off then slam on the brakes is when I'm towing something--they think I can stop on a dime.

Leave lots of space, thats what I do, and make sure to set up the trailer brakes.

Wish I had a picture, heaviest behind the lil ole goat was 41,400, Certified CAT scale. My telescopic boom lift with man basket. All interstate driving no need for quick stops, doesn't like to stop real quick tho!!!
