Mark you have a pm.

Dodgeguy I have to have a head also so i jus got a complete motor from a friend of mine. He is gettin my old block and goin to bore it and put new pistons in it and put the motor in a ford truck. Since I got to pull the motor its a good reason to put some goodies in there while its out. lol

Seems both those guys put in triple disc cluthes and were "getting used to them". With what was going on they Chase D got 1st(327ft) and Chase M got 2nd(319ft) I'm thinking they both could have kept going except Chase D blew a turbo hose right at the 327 mark and Chase M appeared to shut it down at the 319 mark.

I got some video of Chase and Chase pulling, both runs actually. Gonna try and get them on the youtube.
did u ever get those videos uploaded i got to dyno mine on david dunbars and made 815hp and 1377tq

I'm *still* in Colorado.

But I'll probably be going home sometime soon. Maybe.

Wow! Surpised to see posts! I talked to Chase about two weeks ago Chris and he mentioned something about how your truck was still down. Can't find parts or is it the lack of the green stuff?

Naw Dodgeguy I've got everything but the down pipe there to finish the truck. I had some work come up so i kinda put the truck on the back burnner. Ive got to build an intercooler pipe to go from turbo to intercooler. The stock one won't work with the new turbo. Got to finish building the intake and retorque the head and put the new exhaust on an it will be done. Hopefully have it done before xmas. Kinda curious as to what its goin to do on the dyno. It needs a bigger charger on it but I don't want to turn loose of the green for one right now.

If you need that intercooler pipe welded up let me know. I can do stainless at the house here, or off the truck but if you brought it up...no charge on anything if you need it.

I hear ya! You'd be amazed at what you can make just by staring at a junk pile behind your place and working it out with what you have on hand that won't cost you anything!

I said I didn't want to spend any more money on my truck and I ended up buying another one this morning. More than likely this one is going to be parted out. Its got a cracked piston is the only down side. If any of yall need parts for a 2nd gen. let me know. Is a regular cab long bed 2wd 5spd. 98 model.

what year is it and what color is the interior? I need that piece for the overhead console. My clip broke on mine an the door kinda hangs there now. Guess that would be the sunglasse's holder.
