Site problem with new Firefox 3?

I have the same exact problem when I use my Alltel data card for internet access away from home. I can never use DTR, but all other sites load fine. But when I get home and use Comcast cable. I never have the problem. I have went through every setting possible. Even went so far as to customize "no security settings" at all on this one site alone. Still no go. Had the hard drive wiped and reformatted. Still no go! So, all I can say is good luck!!!!!!
Anybody have a solution?............

I'd have to have some screenshots and all that. You might also want to try and send me a couple of traceroutes. also, give me your ip address from the alltel network and I can check it.
