signatures

Is there a setting that can be modified so that a users signature only shows up in the FIRST post they enter in a thread? I thought we had this feature already but maybe it got lost or turned off when the software was updated?

Just thought i would ask. And please keep up the good work Jack and Lary.

You can also go into your user CP and turn off signatures. But then you won't see them at all.

while we're on the subject of signatures...

i posted on ikers "siggy size" () thread from a while back and i was wondering if we could make the signatures smaller. I sure get tired of reading about "nerf bars" and "tires" and "headahce racks" and all the useless junk that has to do with the acual performance aspect of the truck. I mean if they want to post all of that stuff, thats great. But i think it would be better in the members profile? maybe? i think it would help..... Just a thought, Im not trying to start a debate or anything.....

Blackdiesel , Why does that bother you? I like to hear about all the goodies people have. I did like after the first post the sigs would go away. It makes for easier reading.

Smaller, like in font size? Yeah, that would be a good idea, heck I'd even do it if I could.

Kelly, I dont really guess its that big of a deal, i just hate having to read through the entire signature to figure out the make, model, performance upgrades, etc etc to help diagnose a problem.

Satburn, no i mean in acual characters
