I'm all for a smaller SIG , what i would like to see , is a physical size limitation, instead of a character limit, that way it would be possible to insert some hyperlinks in ones signature , without totally using up all of the available characters.

There are some signatures i see on the site that take up almost my entire screen and personally , I find that to be really annoying.

 

X2 I'm with you I cant list my truck mods cause my sig links take up all the space.. so it's one or the other
not a huge deal but it would be cool if the VB code did not count as part of the character limit
on that same note it's their site and it's one of the cleanest and easiest to look at for a reason...less is more

 

I wouldn't mind seeing a space limit, and keeping the character limit. It is not really necessary to list every detail of ones truck, and it makes it annoying to read through.

Larry, didn't it used to default to only show the sig on the first post per page? I try to remember to click to not show mine if I already have a post on the first page, but sometimes I forget.

I bet I could reduce a few items from that sig for ya if you need some help

im with ya. Most dont care that you have a specific brand of tires, really shiny nerf bars, running lights, a steering wheel cover, or a beer cap in your shifter handle. Then we have the cowbells, childrens pets, and numbers of wives in sigs. all I want to know is who really cares about this stuff? This is why we have photo gallerys, so that the members can look at your truck and see what you have.
