How in the heck do I put a pic by my name?? I guess I am too dumb to figure this simple task out. Please help me with this so I dont feel any dumber. Thanks guys.

It's called an avatar. If you go to your user cp, there's a link in the left column that says "edit avatar." You can set it that way.
