Sorry still not seeing the upload button. Do you have to be higher than a junior member? Ive looked all over the page for it , its not there...

Try it now, I went into your profile and changed the way you had your profile set up so that it will remember who you are when you log on. That seems to affect your ability to post photo's to your gallery.
