More truck pics with some additions

Can't help but to post a couple more pictures. I just got back from the dealer and had step bars, mud flaps, and wheel well liners added. I can hardly believe it, but I like the truck even more than I did! ;D

Nice truck!

If you don't mind saying- how much did the dealer want for the bars?

Re:More truck pics with some additions

The list price on the bars was an ungodly $1060 Cdn. I paid $900 and am getting a $750 rebate from the DC AutoAbilities program.

Wow, that works out to getting those bars almost for free. Where do I sign up? 8)

Dealseeker, did the fender liners come with the plastic rivets so you can pop 'em right on? I already have mine on order so I can put them on the moment my '03 arrives.

Vaughn

Vaughn,
If I may step in, the wheel liners come with metal screws or bolts can't remeber and you use the holes already in place on the truck. There should be three along the bed and four on the fender. Three of the holes should already be used with the small liner that is to the rear of the tire. Real simple to install, just make sure you look at the inserts, one is for the left and one is for the right. I made the mistake by not looking at them and tried to install backwards. When backwards the holes do not line up. Good luck

Vaughn, like Goody said the clips come with the liners. The parts guy said they are screwing you for about $20 for them and just hiding it in the overall price. All my installation was free and I was at work so didn't see any of it.

Re:More truck pics with some additions

What about the splash guards? How do they mount? Were there any extra holes to drill in the wheel well opening, or do they use the existing holes as well? I'm kind of kicking around the idea of getting some, but can't decide if I want to drill holes in my truck just yet.

I like the steps a lot. I'm thinking I may have to hit my dealer up for a set.
