-Right click on the icon
-go into properties
-copy the URL address
-click on the insert image icon
-paste the URL
-click on the insert image icon to close the address

On the page I linked, the URL and code is at the top of the page, you just click on the smilee you want and then just copy and paste.. The code is already there.
