This is the dumbest thing I've seen on here. Why in the world can' a person edit their own thread title or delete it???????????????????? It would be very helpful for you to do this, especailly if you found an answer and need to delete it, or mispelled or found a better title and want to edit it without the need for an administrator.

I just posted a thread on the 3rd Gen Perf board about 1/4mi. times and the need for a speed eliminator, and I did't notice until after I posted that I mispelled the title. It weird how you can edit it, but it won't edit the main title, only the title after you open the thread.

I'm through with my rant now, I just need help. Thanks.

 

A: Thread is all better now 13.21@107.9mph!!!! 1/4mi. Now time for Top Speed Eliminator

B: We don't allow members to delete threads because they would also be deleting other members posts as well as their own.

C: Switch to decaf...........

 

If it's still the first and only thread on the post, you should be able to edit it,
and maybe even delete it.

Yeh it really has beem long tim Phox anyways, thanks. I know it's a Vbullitin thing not you guys who run it. There should be a way for an originator to at least edit the title though.
