You can't sir. It's part of the system and is dependent on your post count, unless you're a staff member or an admin of the site.

You can change your avatar pic, your location, or the text under the avatar. But you can't change the member status (noobie, member, full member, senior member), Posts# or member# because it is controled by the software.

Yeah if it's not too big. If so, then you screw everyone up and slow down the site for dialup users. A good reference is the size of your current avatar.
