there is a new software upgrade out, and you can select "search titles only" from the drop down on the main page.

you don't have to select search, advanced search, wait on that page to load, then type in your stuff.

you can just click search, "titles only"

and type in your data

makes a nice quick search that returns usable data.

most of the forums are doing this, if you want to cross post this on other forums, go ahead, I am going to post it on the Bike forums I am on tonite

 

how about a faster retry on the search instead of waiting for 60 secs beacause if you type something wrong and nothing comes up you have to wait what seems like forever

I may make the change to the window, but there won't be a change to the time between searches, not unless y'all got some seriously powerful servers you want to give me in exchange.

Oh well. I was hoping for some new gear!!!

All kidding aside... The delay in searches is not there to be a pain for you. It's there to keep the server from imploding on itself when people start searching over and over. The search function on this software takes up a lot of resources so we have to spread that out a bit.

As for the other stuff, I'll do some research on that. If it's relatively simple to put into place, then I'll do so.
