Rules to make life easier in DTR
1. Do a search before asking a question like: whats the best Clutch/injector
2. If you have a problem with a product , contact the vendor directly
before bashing the vendor on a public forum.
3. 99.9% of the failures (piston nozzles ,KDP , VP44 ) will
never happen to you, so don't get paranoid.
4. Be honest with product evaluations ( my XXX injectors don't smoke )
5. Always speak the truth ( Cummins 5.9 #1 )

Good rules. People are actually pretty friendly on this forum. Like they'll still politely answer questions that have been asked millions of times. They can get rude over there on the Honda forums...

I like them all but rule #1. I think more good info comes from guys asking questions, even repeats.... I know I may in the minority on this and some get downright agitated when someone asks a repeat question, but to me thats OK. Personally I think the search is somewhat awkward to use and doesn't give the best results (or at least what I am looking for).
Tech Facts section is good to browse even if you don't need it now.
Edit: I just wanted to add. If you want to know about a certain brand of transmission, clutch and so on, don't ask which one is better, just ask for user experience with the product.

Search can be your friend if you are looking for something very specific, but for broad things like what box to run, or what injectors, or stuff like that it would take weeks to weed through all the results. I also think good info comes from repeat questions, but at least people over here aren't like almost everyone over on one of the off road forums where if you don't search you get called every expletive in the book, not cool.
