Click on

In that link is all your account info that you can change.
Click on "Edit Options" and near the bottom you will see a location where you can change your avatar.

Click on the User CP button at the top of the page, then Edit Options.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, select one, then hit the button at the bottom.
