When I try to change my profile, I get "Current password is invalid" I'm new and have tried going over the info carefully. i am using the temporary password issued to me, and once logged on ok, I go to profile, change my info, but get that error.

 

Did you change password?
There are two password deals on that page......the one under your user name is where you need the password, not the one near the bottom of the page........?

 

If you want to change password.....you need to put in the one they gave you first under the username......then go to the bottom of the page and enter your choice for a password...try that......don't forget to write the new password down
