I think a lot of people just don't have a clue how much time and money that Jack and I both put into this forum just so everybody has a FREE place for information.
Jack has been doing it for 10 years and I have been here for 8 years myself day in and day out providing a FREE service...It gets a bit aggravating sometimes when you give someone a free service and they want their money back
No matter how hard we try, or how long we work at it we still end up with a handful of people that think a stupid photo at the top of the page is worth getting all bent out of shape over.
People need to just lighten up and enjoy the free resource as it is intended, all the rest of that stuff is just not worth worrying about.

Ok, I think this one is done.
Agreed that different things could have been said by all parties involved. I'm not making excuses, but most admins here have multiple jobs and families, sometimes the stress of life gets to us. My bad. I have lost my marbles here for no reason sometimes. We're human too.
