Why is the date and time on my screen for DTR wrong? Can I change it to make it right and if so how?

 

Go to your user control panel (User CP at the top left of this page).

Look at the top left and find/click "Edit Options".

At the bottom of that page, you can change the forum time offset to match your specific time zone.
