Currently, it's very difficult to find postings from DTR members in one's own area.

I suggest the Chapter Forums be reorganized to something like how the Ford guys have there's set up.

I agree. There's no way of telling what's what.

 

Not enough chapters to justify that many forums for one purpose in my opinion. I'm not going to seperate them out by chapter at this time, but it's something we might consider later if there is enough posts to justify it.

 

How about splitting them up? East, West, and Central USA

 

that gives the poster a 33% chance on putting it in the right place, just another thing for the mods to straighten up.......

 

We currently have all Local Chapter related posts in the Natl. and Regional Chapters section.

How about GROUPING States into REGIONS to consolidate them ????

This would be ALOT EASIER for DTR members to be able to get Organized and GROW! As is right now I can't find DTR members here in SW Ohio. Can't EFFICIENTLY do it right now.

Consolidating Members into Regions works for a whole lot of other car/truck forums. No reason I couldn't work here!

 

hmm, I'm not impressed by that forum at all. to me, it seems like it would be more difficult to find what i'm looking for, but that's me.

For now, we'll keep it like it is unless the post count starts to go up in that area. I appreciate the feedback though.

 

I think it would help if at least the title of the thread had the name of the state. Who know's what "PATDC" mean's. Only the guy's that are in it I guess.

I also agree with the dude above that says the Title name should be updated.

I really think if you guys "tweak" the Chapter forum you WILL get more postings there.

Personally I think that this forum should limited to stickeys for each chapter.

No other posts allowed.

Let your presidents of each chapter take the load.

That way Chapter Presidents can conduct their Chapter's business (following DTR guidelines of course) within that thread.

 

This is something that Ive been working on.
I've asked all of our Chapter Presidents for feedback about the naming convention of the Local Chapters.

I may be making some changes to the naming conventions and would appreciate any/all input.
