I'm working on getting rid of sig line pics for the same reason. You soon will not be able to have pics in the sig.

Its about bandwidth Jack pays for a certain amount of bandwidth and Photos take up larger amounts of bandwidth (space) then text does....so Iam thinking Jack is conserving bandwidth

Sometimes, the sites that host those pics are so slow that it takes up to 2 minutes to load some pages. It became very time consuming answering all the complaints that our site was slow when it really wasn't.
