I understand that Saturday makes more sense too.
Some folks are not able to get there til Friday night.

Lary, just post it here, I am ok with whatever day is chosen.

Hats off to MYTRNx3....awesome effort on organizing and getting the trip set up.

I also might be able to swing coming down if it is on a Saturday.

Supposedly, I have Friday's and Saturdays off now, although it hasn't quite worked out that way as of yet.

Saturday May 8th.

Since Mothers Day is the 9th,
my ex will have my kids so there shouldn't be anything keeping me from being there.

Even if I have to work Friday evening, I'll drive all night to be there.

Might be a little disheveled and hopped up on caffiene though

As of now, I don't have to work Friday or Saturday, so it's looking good.

Be nice to finally put some faces with the names.

According to Yahoo, it's only 434 miles.
Might be able to make it on one tank,

and if I take an empty coke bottle,

fill it on the way ,

I can drive straight through..

Oh, does anyone know a cheap,
not a dive though, (think Motel 6'ish)
place to stay a night in Boulder City?

Did a search on the ole internet, and all I got was places on the strip in Vegas.

What's wrong with the bed of your truck and the Wal-Mart parking lot?

Actually, been there and done that.

Not Walmart though, I think I just hid behind a Burger King or some fast food joint.

Expedia is the one that pulled up all the ritzy Vegas strip hotels.

Maybe Boulder proper doesn't have anything.

Poor Robin has been through the ringer. I hope he gets it all straightened out and back in shape soon.

With the tranny troubles and the dudes that forgot to tighten up his intercooler hose after they installed the injectors..... he has had a rough go in the Diesel world so far.

Im not sure who is responsible for the hose?? Anyone have any clues???

Would his name start with a D or perhaps a N? Nah! no way..
