i am looking into buying a 02 2500 QC LB 4x4 w/50,000 it has 3.55 gears and it has an auto trans. now what i want to do is take my edge ez , bhaf and 4in dual straight pipe exhaust off of my 01 and put it on the 02. the ez i have on the 01 is made for a 02 i have the adapter plugs so that is no worry. but my question is can the 47 hold up to those mods. i do not tow alot maybe once every 3 months and it is no more than 5k lds.

 

Shouldn't be a problem.

 

It will be fine. Especially if you take the time to put a good shift kit/valve body in it. You can buy a transgo on ebay for $59 that will really help a lot. Helped mine a lot anyway. SHould be fine though.
