Would this be healthy?

Hey guys I think I have a pretty good idea of what mods I what, what do you guys think?
Pyro and boost guages of course
4k gov kit
scotty 2 air intake
straight pipe exhaust
pdr hx40 turbo
370hp injectors
a power adjusting controller 94-98 trucks through ats turbo
a clutch (don't know which yet,any suggestions?)
a cam plate which is supposed to give 330 hp/750 tq on 96-98 manuals
80 hp propane kit from bully dog
Did I miss anything that is needed? What is the High Flow Delivery Valve Kit that Piers sells? Do I need it? From what I have read this would be a good combo but I am a cerified dumbass and would like someone elses opinion in the know-how. What would be me approximate hp/tq numbers with these mods? Would the egts be terrible with these mods or would the hx40 help to lower them? I do tow very rarely and its around 7000 lbs. some times for long distances, sometimes for 100 miles. I drive slowly with trailers and don't treat the gas pedal like a light switch (on or off) when i am towing, but the rest of the time its a different story. Any input would be gladly appreciated and any change to my list would also be welcomed too. I more than likely won't stop with these mods either, so if you guys think I should go more radical, just give me a new list. I got one hell of a lot of ricers to beat the hell out of around here. These mods would be for a 96 2500 4x4 club cab long bed truck.
Thanks for the replies,
Mack
